INTRO
The challenge for Mozilla Firefox was to create a dynamic out-of-home campaign that would capture the attention of pedestrians and foster a relatable connection between the browser and its audience.
The main goal was to differentiate Firefox from its competitors by emphasizing key benefits such as safety, privacy, and efficiency, while addressing the core challenge: most users seldom change their default browser, with Chrome being the dominant choice.

To connect with a younger, more tech-savvy audience, we developed the "Brow" campaign, playing on the popular slang term "bro" to personify Firefox as a browser you can trust—your "brother" in the digital world.
The creative direction involved bold, provocative typography and visuals designed to stand out in crowded urban environments. We wanted to position Firefox as the cool, reliable, and trustworthy alternative to the status quo.
The campaign included a wide range of out-of-home elements: billboards, mobile advertising on trucks, posters, and guerrilla marketing tactics such as stickers and graffiti art, all designed to intrigue and engage the public.
To add a playful and interactive layer, we also conceptualized a partnership with street magicians who would perform acts centered around themes of privacy and security, reinforcing the browser’s strengths in a memorable way.




HEADLINE
(SAFE BROW) = Attention, you feel directly addressed, building up curiosity, questioning oneself and (maybe for the first time) consciously dealing with the topic of a "browsers” with its major topics (safety, reliability, trust, etc.). The Firefox Logo is placed prominent but in a gentle way. Many people will recognize it, some will not but be interested in what stands behind it.
SUBLINE
(VERRÄT DICH NICHT / does not betray on you) = A brother will never betray on you. You can trust him. You feel safe, etc.
