Ricola, the renowned Swiss bonbon manufacturer, sought to promote its newly launched lemon and mint flavor, known for its refreshing properties and ability to clear the nose. Our challenge was to create a memorable and engaging campaign that would bring these benefits to life and drive consumer interest.

We developed the concept of the "Ricola Ice Block," an interactive experience that emphasized the product’s freshness.
By freezing Ricola bonbons and their key ingredients—lemon and mint—inside a large ice block, we provided a tangible way for consumers to engage with the brand. The ice block was displayed in a specially constructed wooden hut within a busy mall in Hamburg, chosen for its high foot traffic and visibility, ensuring maximum exposure.
Alongside the ice block installation, we launched a multi-channel promotional campaign. I oversaw the creation of various print and social media materials designed to build excitement for the event, including a custom Instagram filter that allowed users to virtually experience the freshness of the key ingredients.
We also supported the campaign with radio announcements to broaden the reach, making sure the brand and product launch were top-of-mind for a wide audience.
